The Chocolate Goddess

RUMOR HAS IT ...

I have been a very busy Chocolate Goddess, focused on finalizing my cookbook with the help of my wonderful art team, KayWaal Graphics and Photography, and my business team, headed by Kathleen Greco. Editing and testing recipes took a lot more time than I anticipated, but it is finally done and it is THE most scrumptious and beautiful cookbook ever, entitled: The Chocolate Goddess – Luxurious Chocolate Desserts to Arouse the Goddess in All of Us.  It holds secret recipes of mouthwatering chocolate confections.  These recipes are the culmination of a lifetime of my experiences, cooking and baking for my family and for my chocolate and gourmet shop.

In addition to writing and perfecting recipes, I took time to enjoy my son's and my daughter-in-law's wedding, as well as, the birth of my grandson and granddaughter.  I am trying to be the best Nana I can be and I am enjoying every single minute.  I can attest that everything that people say about how wonderful it is to be a grandparent is absolutely true.

I have been taking better care of my goddess self too.  After owning The Gourmet Goddess © in Cold Spring Harbor, New York for years, I needed to unwind. A little yoga and meditating in my flower garden has helped to reinvigorate me. I make it a point to eat mindfully, while not giving up any foods I like, whatsoever.  I will revisit enjoying food and mindful eating in another blog in the future.

Now I am ready to cook, bake, decorate and help others make the delightful desserts everyone visited the store to enjoy.  I am going Goddess Full Throttle to help you make gorgeous Chocolate Goddess © desserts, Gourmet Goddess © meals, Goddess on the Go © meals and plan to share lifestyle ideas and insights into what it means to be a goddess.
