Mint Hot Cocoa

The Chocolate Goddess would like to introduce Growing Up Goddess(TM).

While the Goddesses aspire to inspire women of all ages, we are proud to have the opportunity to help young women explore, create, and learn and to encourage them to become the independent, passionate, and empowered women of tomorrow.

To begin our series, the Chocolate Goddess has invited her great-niece to share one of her favorite before school recipes, which of course, begins with chocolate as the love of chocolate runs in the family!

Remember ...

Always Stay in Touch with Your Inner Goddess!

The school bus comes early in the morning and sometimes a frozen waffle or a bowl of cereal just isn’t enough.  Parents can drink coffee or tea to help them ease into the day, but I prefer the sweet taste of hot chocolate, with a little kick of mint.

Who can argue with another way to eat chocolate in the morning or any time of day? Hot chocolate tastes delicious.  The mint is refreshing and it also helps keep your breath sweet.  My favorite is mint extract, but you may also use any flavor extract - vanilla, almond, coffee or even orange!

Enjoy!
